This here is an engaging lower-body mobility class with plenty of opportunities to pause, rest & reflect. We'll be making our way, through single leg poses, towards an Ardha Chandrasana/Half Moon Pose exploration.

Props: 2 blocks, 1 blanket OR knee padding
