Breath & Mobility

This class blends breath awareness, joint mobility exercises, and yoga asana.
You’ll practice Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs) which are joint-specific movements based on the FRC® mobility system. These exercises help stimulate the joint capsule, improve range of motion, and reduce stiffness.
In this mildly invigorating class, you’re invited to enhance your relationship with different yoga postures as we thread our mobility exercises with our asana practice and breath work.
This class progresses at a steady pace, encouraging you to move and explore at your own pace.

Yoga Detour™

Based on the Detour Method, by Cecily Milne, this class infuses strength and stability into a yoga asana practice.
Taking bits from our Breath & Mobility class, this class begins with foundational movements that incrementally progress in power or intensity to promote strength, stability, and confidence in movement.
This class invites you step into playfulness; to explore your strength; to engage with your mind + body in new ways; all while encouraging the freedom to move at your pace and preferred level intensity.
