About the classes:

Breath & Mobility Mondays @ 11:00 am EST

This class begins with breath awareness practice and simple joint exercises known as CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations; based on the FRC® mobility system). CARs help stimulate our joint capsules, thereby improving range of motion and reducing stiffness.

These movements prepare the body for yoga asanas or short flow sequences to be practiced later in class.

This class progresses at a slow yet invigorating pace, making it a perfect option for beginner practitioners seeking a Vinyasa-inspired class and an engaging experience for all practitioners.

Yoga Detour™Fridays @ 11:00 am EST

Based on the Detour Method, by Cecily Milne, this Yoga Detour™ class invites you to step fearlessly into self-discovery and playfulness as you expand your strength.

With a layered approach, you’ll learn to mindfully challenge your body and increase joint stability, balance, and muscular strength.

Dynamic as it may be, the class moves at a steady pace, allowing practitioners to engage in the manner that resonates best, with time to explore and to rest.
