Short & Energizing

This fun, short flow of invigorating movements will invite you to tap into your inner power and help boost your energy.

It is not meant to be a high-intensity class, however, some movement points to be aware of in this session include single-leg balancing and some core engagement which will be demonstrated without the use of additional props. If you prefer, please include two blocks to use under the hands.
