Wrist + Plank Play

Enjoy a full practice centered around wrist mobility & stability.

In this session, we'll look at Wrist CARs and other wrist-engaging movements, along with the support of the shoulders. By the end of the practice, we'll be able to apply this mindful wrist strength and mobility into variations of plank and/or the "flow" movement of your choice.

Props required: 2 blocks, 1 blanket (optional)
