Mobilize & Stretch Hour: Lower Body
During this grounded golden hour, you'll be invited to move your entire body without ever standing up. All while allowing the "main character" of the show to be the lower body, particularly your knee joint and structures that support it like your hamstrings, quads, ect. Here's a mellow "lower-body tune-up" practice.
