Salutation Slow Flow

Here is an invigorating mellow flow inspired by some of the movements within a classical Surya Namaskar. This means you'll move the whole body but we'll stick to simple sequencing, nothing too complex or unfamiliar. You'll be challenged mostly (and no, not really) by the moments of silence and the invitation to turn your attention inward. The physical movements are a light exploration of mobility with a couple of Surya Namaskar variations.
