Reverse the Table

In this short and low-to-the-ground mobility flow, we'll be highlighting movements that both actively and passively stretch the front of the body. We'll gently mobilize and stretch the shoulders, spine, and hips en route to Ardha Purvottanasana (reverse table-top pose).

blocks & a blanket are optional- not required.
