L.I.M.A.

Low Impact Mobility & Asana:

LIMA are low-impact classes that highlight specific joint mobility & foundational yoga asana. Each class is a purposeful journey guided through progressive movements and experiential learning. Classes are led at a slow yet engaging pace allowing individuals to be in control of their practice at all times.

H.I.M.A.

High Intensity Mobility & Asana:

HIMA classes are mostly low-impact (impact ≠ intensity) and include higher-intensity movements. Following a similar formula to LIMA, HIMA classes invite you to explore your edge as you mindfully expand your strength threshold.

Energy exertion: Medium - High

Light & Restorative

When you’re looking to restore or reserve your energy this is the space to enter. In these classes, you’ll find gentle stretches, easy-going movement, mindfulness meditation, and pranayama practices.

These are the classes your nervous system needs, too.

Prenatal & Postnatal

In Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, we aim to fine-tune the interconnection of life shared between parent and baby. These classes include breath awareness & mindfulness meditation practices, yoga asana, pelvic mobility & stability exercises, all while keeping birth preparation and postpartum wellness in mind.
