Sleepy Time Movement

Do you know the feeling of wanting to take a nap but having too much energy to close your eyes? Or maybe it's not the right time of day to fall asleep but you’d love to take a break that “feels” like a nap?

This soft-spoken, mellow-down session is just for that!

It can also be your pre-bedtime practice to help “wring” out excess energy from the day.

Props required: 2 blocks, 1 or more blankets
