As baby grows inside, asanas begin to feel a lot different. If you’re here, I’m sure you agree. Folding forward, stepping back, moving into a lunge, and even Downward Facing Dog can start to feel uncomfortable- but not if you adapt the movement to accommodate your growing baby.
In this gently invigorating session, you’ll practice movements typical to a Sun Salutation but they will be guided in a manner that supports space for your amazing baby-belly.
