Shake-n-Move
Doing a little shake is a sure way to quickly warm up your joints for any activity. Plus, shaking & wiggling are great ways to reset the nervous system, similar to how animals "shake it off."
In this full-body movement flow, you'll be invited to do a brief shake-off before continuing your practice. Our mobility practice will include some shoulder, hip, and spine articulations, as well as lunges and side-angle pose explorations.
