The 3-Legged Downward Dog

This class focuses on the lower body as we explore the dynamic action of "stepping forward" into a low lunge from Adho Mukha Svanasana/Downward Facing Dog, an action often practiced in the Surya Namaskara and Vinyasa sequences.
