In this practice, we'll focus on three helpful movements to decompress and "re-awaken" the lower back: (1) internal hip rotation (2) hip extension (3) lateral bends of the spine

The practice includes slowly guided movements paired with passive stretch positions along the way. You're invited to move gently and with an "investigative" mind.
