Inspired by a morning-time Malasana (squat) stretch, this mellow practice begins in a supported squat and works it's way into a stretch-infused movement flow, ending with two passive poses for stretching the chest: Supported Baby Cobra & Supported Fish Pose. A great practice to begin or finish your day!
