Affirmation Meditation: challenging feelings
Challenging feelings are a normal part of living. Nevertheless, when difficult feelings accumulate without us being able to process them, mental clarity is affected and the ability to recognize our own greatness can diminish.
This meditation session invites you to reflect on emotions that may cause feelings of inadequacy, low self-esteem, or general overwhelm.
You will then be guided into a mindful repetition of 3 positive affirmations. You are also welcome to repeat your own affirmation, if one comes to you.
