Gentle in Movement
Slowly and steadily we'll move.
In this "slow flow" practice, we focus on creating length and 'space' throughout our spine and trunk. This is a great practice to help decompress the lower back; hopefully, this soft-spoken session can also 'decompress' your nervous system after a long or heavy day.
Props required: 2 blocks, 1 blanket
