Move & Restore
A light movement & restorative practice that'll stay low to the ground, requiring very little energy. After some yummy moves, you'll be guided into a few restorative stretches supported by blocks, pillows and/or bolsters. Restorative stretches/restorative asana are shapes that require little to no energy exertion and are held for longer periods.
Props: 2 blocks (or more), 1-2 blankets, a large bolster OR substitute with 3-4 large pillows or a large folded comforter (quilt)
