CARs Mobility Session

This session is all about CARs: Controlled Articular Rotations.

The practice is cued mostly as a high-intensity session but it will be very easy to "tone down" the session to make it less intense if you prefer. (This is all explained in the introduction of the video. Or skip the intro and class begins at the 03:30 mark.)

In fact, if strength training is one of your interests, I recommend repeating this practice at least once a week, increasing your muscle irradiation/effort each time- thus progressively increasing your strength threshold.

Props recommended (not required): 2 tennis balls (or something similar), a mobility stick/dowel/brushless-broomstick
